  • Physics Simulation and Math

    Chipmunk2D Physics is our high performance, cross-platform, 2D rigid body physics library. Chipmunk is used in countless games and libraries across dozens of platforms. We've developed custom physics solutions for our clients and worked within their engines.

    We've also done math work for heavy machinery, like steering directional boring machines.

  • Custom Engine / Lighting

    We maintained the cross-platform, open-source 2D game engine, Cocos2D. Our expertise brought high performance physics to the engine and a new renderer that featured multi-threading, fast culling, streaming vertex buffers, and Metal support.

    Veridian Expanse uses a custom C engine with incredible lighting features.

  • Unity3D

    Our Unity3D clients have ranged from two major Fortune 500 companies to local tech startups. We've done everything from 3D platformers to music education software with plugins for chord recognition.

    The Super Fast Soft Shadows plugin brought soft shadows to 2D games in Unity and demonstrates our expertise in Unity rendering tech.

  • Rapala Fishing: Pro Series

    We developed the water shaders, wake effects, and general development for GameMill on Rapala Fishing: Pro Series for Xbox One and PS4.

  • Firefly Interactive

    At Firefly, we developed a modular multi-platform VR framework to address a variety of mental health concerns.

  • Botlink

    At Botlink, a Fargo ND startup, we wrote 3D mapping software for drone flight planning. This included on-drone image stitching with OpenCV.

  • Treasure Stack

    We wrote the networking code for the multiplayer Treasure Stack game, then guided the project through platform certification on XBox and Switch.
